Acknowledged for his unique and unprecedented leadership in creating a culture of safety within the aviation industry, Peter J. DeNucci provides healthcare clients with a solutions-oriented approach. Ensuring cultural change through the effective implementation of Human Factors programs and Crew Resource Management skill-sets, he brings over 25 years of command experience to hospitals and private practice settings. An accomplished author on Human Factor issues, Peter has released several books including Commander and Crew - The Human Factors Approach to Teambuilding and Leadership. Drawing upon 18,000+ hours of international and domestic flight commands, Captain DeNucci has communicated coherent plans for corporate change and achieved critical buy-ins necessary for integrating contributions from pilots, physicians, psychologists, management, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, thereby securing greater public confidence in both aviation and patient safety. Peter is involved with public safety, as an active officer in the Civil Air Patrol - the auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force.

Tracy Litzinger is the Director of Human Factors, joining Apollo in July 2008. She earned a Master of Science in Human Factors and Systems Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The current focus of Ms. Litzinger’s work is team assessment and development in high-stakes, decision-making environments. She applies her experience in aviation psychology and Crew Resource Management (CRM) to improve team/crew performance, training effectiveness, and organizational culture factors. Her past research has involved a longitudinal study of Engineering Criteria 2000 (EC2000) and its impact on the preparation of engineering students entering the profession. Additionally, Ms. Litzinger is a visiting professor at Flagler College, in St. Augustine, Florida.
